We want you to feel confident in your silhouette, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in our Dresses collection. Please ensure that all garments are returned in their original condition with tags attached and no signs of wear or makeup stains.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the dress you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully fold the dress and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
